Notes:

This brachopod has a wide variety of shapes -- at times developing "wings" or an elongated tongue. It may have a flattened or squashed appearance, or even a disk-like shape. Five specimens are shown to give an idea of variation between individuals.

Many pictures show epibionts attached to shell.
